WCD Posts Assessment Bulletin for 2026

The Oregon Workers' Compensation Division announced that premium assessment rates will remain unchanged in 2026. The division said the premium assessment rate for 2026 will be 9.8%, the same as it was in 2025. The assessment funds operations of the division, the Workers' Compensation Board, most of the state's Division of Occupational Safety and Health and other parts of the Department of Consumer and Business Services.
