DWC Accepting Comments on EDI Rules

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation is accepting comments on proposed changes to its electronic data interchange rules. The division said it has required carriers to file injury reports using the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions claims EDI release 1.0, which is no longer updated.
