Facts: Brent Bean worked as a Clark County firefighter. He retired from duty in 2011, and in 2014 he was diagnosed with prostate cancer.
After Bean had part of his prostate removed, a doctor assigned him a 40% permanent partial disability rating. Bean filed a claim for occupational disease benefits.
