An Ohio appellate court ruled that a worker was entitled to temporary total disability compensation for a period of time in which she did not work while pregnant and after giving birth, finding she had not abandoned the workforce. DeCapua Enterprises is a temporary staffing service that participates in Ohio's workers' compensation system as a self-insured employer. Micaela L.
