The California Supreme Court will not be reviewing a determination by the 1st District Court of Appeal on whether an injured trucker had been an employee of the company that owned the trailer he was hauling when he was hurt. I do not believe the case stated "all commercial truck drivers whom a transportation company designates as independant contractors are necessarily so." But rather stated this was an inaccurate statement from the arbitrator. This is on page 37 under disposition. I would suggest you correct this.
