Supreme Court Won't Review Dispute on Whether Injured Trucker Was Independent Contractor

The California Supreme Court will not be reviewing a determination by the 1st District Court of Appeal on whether an injured trucker had been an employee of the company that owned the trailer he was hauling when he was hurt.
