The National Association of Insurance Commissioners will have a new chief executive officer next year: Michael F. Consedine, a former Pennsylvania insurance commissioner.
Consedine’s appointment will take effect in early 2017, NAIC said in a news release.
Working from NAIC’s office in Washington, D.C., Consedine will be responsible for state and federal government affairs, and international activities. His work will include outreach to federal and international policymakers, state government associations, and consumer and industry representatives.
