One Call's Credit Rating Downgraded After Late Interest Payment

S&P Global Ratings on Monday lowered its credit rating for One Call and placed the rating on “credit watch,” with negative implications, after the company missed an Oct. 1 due date for an interest payment to a lender. In announcing last week that it would miss the Oct. 1 due date, One Call said it was taking advantage of a grace period that allows the company to defer the payment for 30 days without being considered a default.
