A man accused of working during the same period he collected more than $25,000 in indemnity benefits will be arraigned today on a single count of first-degree felony theft, the Washington state Department of Labor & Industries announced. Jose Guadalupe Sanchez, 49, was injured on a construction site in 2017. He fell 16 feet from a ladder while working on the second story of a building.
