Court Upholds Calculation of AWW for Worker With Sporadic Employment

The District of Columbia Court of Appeals ruled that a worker’s award of benefits was based on a proper calculation of his average weekly wage and that they were properly reduced to reflect his unemployment benefits from Virginia.
