The Mississippi Court of Appeals upheld the denial of a patrolman’s claim that his neck issues were related to injuries from falling while chasing a suspect. Case: Bowdry v. City of Tupelo, No. 2021-WC-00390-COA, 04/26/2022, published. Facts: Keith Bowdry worked as a patrolman for the City of Tupelo. He suffered injuries in a fall while pursuing a suspect on foot in April 2017. Bowdry underwent two surgeries for injuries to his left hand.
