Two political activists have offered a reward for information about the murder of a long-time black-lung claimants' attorney and his wife after police have made little headway in the case.
"Me and Raul have been watching this case develop and we see nothing being done," said Frank Coconate, who along with Raul Montes Jr., of Chicago, announced a $5,000 reward in the April murders.
