BWC Rule Changes Open for Public Comment

The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation is seeking comments on two fee schedule rules and an outpatient formulary regulation. The bureau is proposing to adopt annual changes to rules governing payment of hospital outpatient services and payment of ambulatory surgical center services. At the same time, the BWC is proposing to modify the drugs included on its outpatient medication formulary.
