The deadline for the final report from a task force studying issues relating to work comp coverage of mental health claims for first responders was pushed back to 2025, under a bill enacted by Utah Gov. Spencer Cox.
Cox, a Republican, on Tuesday signed House Bill 25, by Rep. Karen Kwan, D-Murray. The Senate unanimously passed the bill in February and the state House of Representatives unanimously approved the measure in January.
