A New York lawmaker is proposing to require the Workers’ Compensation Board to file annual reports with detailed claim statistics, starting in February 2025.
Senate Bill 7838, by Sen. John W. Mannion, D-Syracuse, would require the board to annually report the total number of claimants and the total number of claims in which an award, decision or court order was issued.
