City Sues Ex-Cop Accused of Comp Fraud

A ex-police officer accused of workers' compensation fraud is the target of a civil lawsuit filed by the City of Westminster, her former employer. The city filed suit Tuesday against Nicole Brown, a former police officer charged with 15 felony counts of workers' compensation fraud, in a bid to recover more than $600,000 in benefits, investigative and legal costs related to the case.
