House Passes Bill to Study First-Responder Mental Health Issues

The Utah House of Representatives passed a bill that would create a workgroup to study first responders’ access to coverage for mental health issues. The House on Monday voted 54-16 to pass HB 209, by Rep. Karen Kwan, D-Murray, which would create the Mental Health Protections for First Responders workgroup.
