Hospital Parent Co. Responds to Ebola Lawsuit, Says Comp Should Be Remedy

After the parent company of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas asked a judge to throw out the lawsuit against it by a nurse who contracted Ebola at the hospital, an attorney for nurse Nina Pham said her client is moving forward with the suit, according to a report on KERA Radio. Nina Pham sued Texas Health Resources last month, claiming the hospital was negligent in its training and didn’t properly protect its employees.
