A New York appellate court said substantial evidence supports the State Workers' Compensation Board's conclusion that a teacher and grant writer failed to prove that a stroke she suffered at home after a verbal disagreement with her school principal was caused by employment. Angel A. Tudor filed a work comp claim alleging that an argument with the principal caused her to suffer a stroke in April 2022.
