Court Publishes Decision on Application of Premises Line Rule

A California appellate court has ordered publication of its decision from late last month holding that a state university employee could not pursue a civil suit against her employer for injuries from falling from her bicycle as she was headed home from work. The Court of Appeal for the 4th District of California originally released its decision in Jones v. Regents of the University of California, No. G061787, as an unpublished opinion.
