Facts: Scott Begeal worked for C&D Enterprises, an industrial painting company owned by Douglas Jackson.
In February 2018, Begeal was asked to build a ventilation stack upon a commercial building that served as a C&D Enterprises facility. Begeal had to use an aluminum ladder owned by C&D.
Begeal fell from a height of about 12 feet.
