State Lawmakers Consider Bill to Provide Benefits for PTSD to First Responders

North Dakota state lawmakers have introduced legislation that would provide workers' compensation coverage to first responders suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, in addition to other bills that would make changes to the state's monopoly workers' compensation program.
