The Iowa Division of Workers’ Compensation is suspending in-person hearings in regular procedure contested cases through April 29.
Workers’ Compensation Commissioner Joseph Cortese II in March 2020 issued the first order suspending in-person hearings through June 16, 2020, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
