Worker Ordered to Pay $5,000 in Restitution in Fraud Case

A wastewater worker from Northern California was ordered to pay $5,000 in restitution and assessed court fines and fees totaling $612.50 after pleading no contest to one count of making a false statement to receive workers’ compensation benefits. Intercare Holdings Insurance Services Inc. announced that Robert H.
