Labor Department Sets Hearing on Fee Schedule Update

The South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation is holding a hearing Sept. 19 on proposed changes to its work comp medical fee schedule. The department said the revisions will update select billing code multipliers and adopt new relative value units for physician services. Written comments can be sent to Jerry.Mccabe@state.sd.us through Sept. 29. The department is holding a public hearing at 11 a.m. Sept. 19 via Microsoft Teams.
