WCB to Stop Accepting Questions for IMEs

The Alaska Workers’ Compensation Board will no longer accept parties’ questions for second independent medical evaluators. The board in May 2019 repealed the right of parties to submit questions to the board’s designees who would then submit those questions to second independent medical evaluators.
