Amended Bill Would Give Peace Officer Presumptions to San Diego Lifeguards

Full-time lifeguards working for the City of San Diego would enjoy the presumptions that conditions including hernias, heart trouble, cancer, post-traumatic stress disorder and other ailments arose out of employment, under recent amendments to a bill in the California Assembly.
