6th DCA Publishes Decision Reviving Worker's Claims for Discrimination, Wrongful Termination

The Court of Appeal for the 6th District of California last week ordered publication of its decision reviving an injured worker’s claims for disability discrimination and wrongful termination. The court’s original decision in Zamora v. Security Industry Specialists Inc. was released on Sept. 30, 2021, as an unpublished opinion. Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in California.
