New Insolvencies Detailed in NCIGF Report

Two insolvencies of companies providing workers’ compensation insurance have been noted in a new report from the National Conference of Insurance Guaranty Funds. Affirmative Insurance Co., an Illinois domestic property and casualty insurer, was placed into rehabilitation in September 2015 and ordered into liquidation in March 2016, according to the winter edition of the NCIGF’s Insolvency Trends publication.
