Workers' Compensation Advisory Committee Meets Aug. 15

The Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Regulatory Advisory Committee is holding an introductory meeting Aug. 15. The public can attend in person or via Zoom, but comments will not be taken at the meeting. According to the agenda, committee members will discuss potential changes to 803 KAR 25:010, which are regulations that govern procedures for adjusting claims.
