Worker Struck by Mailbox Component Can Proceed with Part of Labor Law Claim

A New York appellate court ruled that a worker’s Labor Law claim for his injuries from being struck by part of an unbuilt mailbox structure should not have been dismissed in its entirety. Case: Slowe v. Lecesse Construction Services, No. 60 CA 19-01806, 03/26/2021, published. Facts: Terry Slowe allegedly suffered injuries when a component of an unbuilt mailbox structure fell onto him at a construction site.
