Aon Risk Maps Detail Threat of Terrorism

A 14% worldwide increase in terrorist attacks last year and populist nationalism are creating an increasingly volatile operating environment for international business, according to a new report from Aon. Aon’s 2017 risk maps covering terrorism and political violence also noted that while Western countries saw an increase in terrorist incidents, attacks on these countries still account for less than 3% of terrorist violence globally.
