Supreme Court Clarifies Process to Assign Experience Ratings to Successive Employers

The Ohio Supreme Court ruled that a new employer should not have been assigned a former employer’s experience rating after purchasing the assets out of bankruptcy, since there was no common ownership, management, or control of the companies.
