An employee who suffers a bad reaction after receiving a COVID-19 vaccination could file a workers’ compensation claim if his employer mandated the injection, industry experts said Thursday.
And although many workers, vaccinated or not, will likely return to their jobs after beating the virus, some may take longer than others to return to full-time duties, they said.
