Court Panel Splits 3 Ways on Employer's Obligation to Report Fatal Accident to BWC

An Ohio appellate court panel produced three opinions to uphold the denial of a claim for death benefits as untimely, with each judge advocating for a different analysis of whether an employer must file a report of injury when a worker suffers a near-instantaneous death from an accident.  Domingo A.
