HealthFirst TPA, a Texas-based third-party administrator, announced Friday that it has acquired TriSurant in Houston.HealthFirst said the blending of the two companies is "a perfect fit from the standpoint of maintaining customer satisfaction through state-of-the art technology and cutting edge claims adjudication and related TPA services."TriSurant’s existing staff will remain in place and domiciled at the current Houston location, HealthFirst said.
