Facts: Steven A. Totten worked for Jeld-Wen Inc., a self-insured employer. He suffered injuries at work in May 2019 when his hand was caught between a conveyor and outfeed table on a patio door cleaner.
Jeld-Wen accepted liability for his injuries and was off work until August 2019.
