Emergency Fee Schedule Rules Become Permanent in March

Emergency regulations the Alaska Division Workers' Compensation adopted to implement a new medical fee schedule in December will become permanent March 11. State regulators in December announced they were using emergency rules to implement the Resource-Based Relative Value Scale fee schedule by the Dec. 1 deadline established by lawmakers.
