Worker's Prior Petitions Don't Bar New Claim for Recurrence of Disability

The Delaware Supreme Court ruled that a worker was not procedurally barred from pursuing his claim for recurrence of total disability. Case: United Parcel Service v. Hawkins, No. 233, 2023, 02/19/2024, published. Facts: Rudolph Hawkins worked for United Parcel Service.
