One Call Care Management has launched a service that will allow the company to quickly identify transportation issues that might prevent an injured worker from getting to a medical appointment.
Through the program, called Relay Transportation, One Call’s staff can arrange alternative transportation and reschedule medical appointments. The web-based program monitors transportation in real time. It is intended for transportation of ambulatory patients in non-emergency situations.
