The Kentucky Supreme Court last week suspended an attorney for misconduct related to his representation of a client in a probate matter and a workers’ compensation claim.
Barry Nathaniel Sullivan was admitted to practice in 2006. He received two private admonitions before the current disciplinary matter, which arose out of Shayana Fields’ decision to hire him in 2018 to assist Jonathan Davis in administering the estate of Ruthan Fields, her late grandmother.
