WCD Updates Gainful Occupational Determination Instructions

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division posted updated instructions for determining gainful employment as part of permanent disability evaluations. Revised bulletin No. 342 includes the latest annual percentage change in the federal poverty guidelines for a family of three.
