Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek signed bills directing the Department of Consumer and Business Services to adopt rules to address workplace violence among health care workers and authorizing a study of labor standards for agricultural workers.
The governor on Friday signed Senate Bill 537, which directs DCBS to adopt rules prescribing procedures for health care employers to investigate, collect and report incidents of workplace violence.
