OSHA Proposing $55,400 in Fines After Finding Repeat Violations

For the second time in less than a year, the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration is proposing fines against a Pennsylvania medical device manufacturer for safety violations and has proposed penalties of $55,400. OSHA violations at a Pennsylvania medical device manufacturer included uncovered electrical outlets.
