OSHA Proposing $55,400 in Fines After Finding Repeat Violations

For the second time in less than a year, the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration is proposing fines against a Pennsylvania medical device manufacturer for safety violations and has proposed penalties of $55,400. OSHA said in issued citations for four repeat and one serious violations to Seitz Tech in Oxford, Pennsylvania after inspecting the manufacturing plant to see if it had abated hazards identified in a March 2015 inspection.
