Medical-Only Exclusion Being Applied to 2019 X-Mods

Starting Jan. 1, the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau will no longer count the first $250 of the cost of a claim against employers’ experience modifications for 2019, part of an effort to encourage reporting of all claims, including those that require only medical treatment.
