A San Joaquin County judge on Friday declared a mistrial in one of the largest-ever medical billing fraud cases in Northern California after a jury deadlocked on the verdict, the Record newspaper in Stockton reported Saturday.Wilmer Origel, 48, of Modesto was tried on 11 felony counts of practicing medicine without a license, over-billing insurance companies and money laundering.
