The West Virginia Supreme Court upheld an award of additional chiropractic treatment to an injured worker who suffered the partial loss of a leg. Case: ACNR Resources Inc. v. Saunders, No. 22-0299, 01/25/2024, published. Facts: Eugene Saunders worked for ACNR Resources Inc. He suffered a crush injury to his leg, resulting in the amputation of the leg below the knee.
