Telemedicine Rules Becoming More Work-Comp Specific

Telemedicine services are expanding in workers’ comp, raising a number of potential questions. Should telemedicine be allowed for an injured worker’s initial visit, in which a first report of injury is signed? What about a closing exam? And should in-person visits be required at certain intervals, such as every 30 days?
