The Iowa Court of Appeals ruled that a worker’s widow was not entitled to death benefits for his suicide after he was terminated for insubordination. Max Jackson worked for Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations LLC. His job was important to him, and he missed only three days of work in 28 years.
