The California Division of Workers’ Compensation announced that it stopped accepting American Express credit cards as a form of payment for lien filing fees.
The division on Monday told users of the Electronic Adjudication Management System that it stopped accepting American Express on Sept. 2 for lien fees paid through eForms or JET File.
Discover, Mastercard, Visa and automated clearing house, or ACH, transfers are still accepted.
The division said e-filers can email eforms@dir.ca.gov for more information. JET File users can contact jet@dir.ca.gov.
