Supreme Court Hears Oral Arguments in Pilkington Case on "Option" Constitutionality

The Oklahoma Supreme Court heard oral arguments Wednesday afternoon in a case challenging the constitutionality of voluntary workers’ compensation in Oklahoma. In an email Wednesday, claimants’ attorney Bob Burke said oral arguments in Pilkington and Lee v.
